• To prepare and submit forms (801, 811, PIR, OIR) to the Secretary of State.
• To communicate filing status updates via email or SMS.
• To send renewal notifications for Registered Agent or Compliance services (if subscribed).

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data. However, your data is shared with specific parties to execute our services:

This means the names and addresses of officers/directors listed on these forms will be accessible to the public. AttriBiz has no control over these government records.

We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL encryption, secure databases) to protect your sensitive tax data. We do not store credit card details on our servers; all payments are tokenized via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 Provider).

We retain your filing data and tax clearance letters for a period of up to 7 years to assist with any future audits or compliance checks, after which it is securely deleted.
